The principles and standards that govern how we engage with clients, partners, and the work itself.
At ZymoraOrbit, the quality of our work and our relationships depend on clear, shared expectations. These guidelines exist not to create bureaucracy — but to protect the integrity of every engagement and ensure that clients, partners, and our team can work together productively and respectfully.
All project communication should occur through agreed channels (typically email or a designated project management platform). We commit to responding to client messages within one business day during normal office hours. We ask the same of our clients when timely decisions are required.
Aggressive, disrespectful, or abusive communication directed toward any ZymoraOrbit team member will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the engagement.
Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Feedback should be consolidated and provided in writing. Verbal feedback passed through intermediaries, or feedback that contradicts previously approved decisions, may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.
We welcome honest, direct feedback delivered in a spirit of collaboration. The goal is always the best possible outcome for the client's business.
Work performed beyond the agreed scope will be estimated and approved before commencement. ZymoraOrbit will always notify clients in writing when a request falls outside the project scope and provide a clear estimate before proceeding.
We do not begin out-of-scope work without written approval. Clients should not expect out-of-scope requests to be absorbed without discussion.
Clients are responsible for delivering all required assets (copy, images, credentials, brand materials) by agreed dates. Delays in asset delivery that affect project timelines are the responsibility of the client, and ZymoraOrbit cannot be held liable for resulting deadline misses.
All content provided must be original or properly licensed. Clients indemnify ZymoraOrbit against claims arising from client-provided content.
Written approval (email confirmation is acceptable) is required before any phase of work proceeds to the next stage, and before final deliverables are handed over. Once a phase is approved, revisions to that phase may be considered out-of-scope.
Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of all outstanding payments.
Deliverables created by ZymoraOrbit may not be used for purposes that are illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful to others. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, harassment, defamation, or infringement of third-party rights.
ZymoraOrbit may terminate an engagement and seek remedies if deliverables are used in violation of these guidelines or applicable law.
Some projects may involve the use of third-party software, plugins, fonts, or stock assets. Clients are responsible for acquiring and maintaining appropriate licenses for any third-party tools required for their ongoing use of delivered work. ZymoraOrbit will clearly identify such dependencies.
Both ZymoraOrbit and its clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing structures, internal processes, or business intelligence shared during the course of an engagement. Neither party will disclose the other's confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
We ask that clients refrain from making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about ZymoraOrbit or its team members in public forums. We hold ourselves to the same standard and will never speak disparagingly about clients — past or present — in public or professional contexts.
If any concern arises about an engagement, we ask that it be raised directly with our team before being escalated externally. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through open conversation. We are committed to acting in good faith in all dispute resolution processes.
